Environmental tolerance is solid - the units handle full-load operation at 45-50°C ambient depending on the specific model, with derated operation possible up to 55°C. The PCBs get a high-level 3C3 conformal coating that meets IEC 60721-3-3 standards, which helps with reliability in dusty or humid conditions. The cooling approach avoids forced air over the electronics, reducing the chance of particles building up on sensitive components. Several functions come built into the drives rather than requiring add-on modules. This includes PID control, EMC filtering, and DC choke capabilities, plus brake chopper functionality for motors up to 22 kW. The standard protection rating is IP20, and the fans are removable for maintenance access. There's an enhanced numerical display for parameter setup and monitoring.
