134F3016 is a high-performance frequency converter. It is designed for variable-speed applications. Control methods available on the unit include Flux basic and Voltage Vector Control. This motor can be used with synchronous motors and induction motors. It supports current sensing via a DC link resistor. This same resistor is used for ground fault and short-circuit protection. Multiple features are available for motor protection, including torque limit, current limit, and speed limit. Torque limit is used to prevent motor overload irrespective of its running speed. Speed limit is used to limit the minimum and maximum speeds the drive can enable. A thermal relay is used to measure motor current and calculate its temperature. This feature is used for motor overtemperature protection. A nameplate attached to housing provides a means for its identification.
Input voltage range for the 134F3016 converter is 380 to 480 Volts AC. Its power output is 5.5 kilowatts (7.5 Horsepower). Continuous output at 380 to 440 Volts and 441 to 480 volts is 12 Amps and 11 Amps. The overload current for maximum 60 seconds duration is 19.2 Amps.
