The 134F3022 AC drive is produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 360 Automation Drives series. It modulates three-phase mains voltage to regulate induction motor speed in conveyor lines, pumps, and other automated machinery that requires variable torque profiles. Installing the drive in a cabinet provides closed-loop control over mechanical output without requiring gear changes or throttling valves. This arrangement allows motor speed to follow process demand while the connected control system manages acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state operation.
Rated for a 380–480 VAC three-phase input, the inverter supplies up to 30 kW, or approximately 40 HP, of motor power. Its high-overload rating allows the unit to tolerate temporary torque surges during startup or process disturbances without immediate derating. A load-sharing configuration allows multiple drives connected to a common bus to distribute incoming current more evenly. The unit does not include a brake chopper, so dynamic braking energy must be handled externally when an application requires rapid stops.
