Product Description:

As a member of the VLT FC 360 Automation Drive product line, Danfoss 134F2976 is designed to provide exceptional motor control in a wide range of industries. ||This motor provides a power output of 3.0 kW (4.0 HP). It is designed to run at 380 480 VAC three-phase power, which makes it ideally suited to automation applications where steady torque and precise speed are required. This unit is enclosed in a chassis-type IP20 housing that is suited to be mounted in control panels. It has a Class A2 (C3) RFI filter to meet electromagnetic performance and includes conformal-coated PCBs to ensure stability and protection against dust, humidity, and industrial conditions. Unlike with higher-end units, the 134F2976 has no brake chopper, hence best used in applications where dynamic braking is not necessary. To operate, the drive is given a blind cover, rather than a Local Control Panel (LCP), so that it may be streamlined and cost-effective with options of external control, as required.

The standard control card allows load share flexibility in multi-drive applications. This drive is compact with a J2 frame size, and it is lightweight at 4.1 kg (net), 4.15 kg (gross). The model provides superior connectivity and control of two electrically isolated analog inputs (0-10 V or 0/4-20 mA) and two analog outputs (0/4- 20 mA). It also has two programmable pulse inputs that are capable of handling frequencies up to 32 kHz. It has two digital outputs of 0-24 V (40 mA max). Communication uses an in-built RS-485 interface, which includes both FC protocol and Modbus RTU. The ability to add Smart Logic Control (SLC) means users can program logic sequences into the drive and have less need to employ external controllers.
