FVCA Frequency Converters

The FVCA Frequency Converters are Rexroth AC drives designed to automate a wide range of applications.

With output ratings spanning roughly 0.4 kW up to 90 kW. They support multiple control methods—including V/f control, sensorless vector control, and vector control with sensor feedback—to match different motor and process requirements. The drive operates from a 3-phase 380–480 VAC supply (50/60 Hz) and provides a variable motor output from 0 V up to mains voltage with an output frequency range of 0 to 400 Hz, along with short-term overload capability up to 200% for 1 second or 150% for 60 seconds. Standard features include an integrated mains filter, adjustable PWM switching frequency, an LCD operating panel, and PC-based parameterization for setup and commissioning.
