The FVCA01.2-37K0-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS frequency converter is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the FVCA Frequency Converters series. It serves as a speed-controllable power stage for three-phase motors used in automated material-handling and process lines, where stable speed regulation is needed for conveyors, pumps, and similar equipment. This 01 series unit is built in design revision 2, and its E-frame housing measures 525 mm high, 250 mm wide, and 251.5 mm deep for panel mounting in standard control cabinets.
The converter supplies up to 50.0 kVA of apparent power and delivers 37.0 kW of motor output from a nominal 400 V system that accepts 380 to 480 V with the stated tolerance range. Rated input current is 88 A, and the inverter provides 75.0 A of continuous output current for sustained motor operation. Field-oriented control supports 200% at 0 Hz starting torque, and encoder feedback allows a 1:1000 speed range for low-speed control. The SVPWM inverter uses a default carrier frequency of 3.0 kHz, and motor frequency can be adjusted through the LCD or built-in potentiometer with a resolution of 0.01 Hz.
