The FVCA01.2-90K0-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS is a sophisticated variable frequency drive used for many automation applications in the range of 0.4 kW to 90 kW output. The device enables various types of sensor-less vector control, sensor based vector control, and voltage/frequency control tasks. This variable frequency drive has multiple operating modes for supporting different applications. The LCD operating panel in this device has a copy function and its fan is detachable which makes this model easy to service and operate. This unit has a 90 kW rated capacity and operates within a frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 Hz. The device also has a significant capacity to withstand overload (200 % for 1 sec or 150 % for 60 seconds). An external braking resistor and an external braking chopper are also integrated within the enclosure. The braking resistor can absorb the additional heat released during braking.
The FVCA01.2-90K0-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS’s speed range control can be executed with or without a pulse generator. The system’s digital frequency resolution is 0.01 Hz and the analog frequency resolution is 0.05 % x Max. frequency. The device is operated with a standard PID controller. It supports the Modbus bus system and the PROFIBUS can also be integrated optionally. An LCD display is provided for displaying the output voltage, output current, and frequency.
