The FVCA01.1-30K0-3P4-MNA-LP-P001-01V01 model represents the modern and energy-efficient motion control technology of Rexroth Indramat. The FVCA01.1 frequency converter is designed to operate with the Sytronix drive system and it takes electrical power directly from the 3 × AC 400 V power source with 50 – 60 Hz of operating frequency. The model steps up or step down the frequency of the input voltage to control the speed of the motor. The motor is attached to the frequency converter via U, V, and W terminals. The converter generates 30 kW of power while operating at the continuous current of 60 A. The model is equipped with an automatic load-dependent adaptation of PWM frequency and the pulse width modulation frequency for this unit is from 1 – 8 kHz. A dc disc brake is installed in this model with the start frequency of 0 – 10 Hz and braking time of 0 – 20 seconds. The FVCA01.1 frequency converter should only be used according to the environmental and mounting position specified by the supplier. The permissible mounting position for this model is G1.
The model FVCA01.1-30K0-3P4-MNA-LP-P001-01V01 uses ambient air for maintaining the internal temperature of the converter and it should be installed into the control cabinet of at least IP54 protection. It can operate under the maximum humidity of 90% and between the ambient temperature range of -10 to +40 degree Celsius, without reduction in rated data. The FVCA01.1 is equipped with an operating panel and a status LED is placed in this model for diagnosing errors. The converter communicates via ModBus interface and 1 encoder input is placed for speed feedback. The firmware version of the model is 01.
