The P3 Super BL Servo Motors comprise a range of super-small, square-cylinder brushless AC servomotors designed for high-response industrial motion applications with light loads and low machine inertia.
The series covers six motor capacities from 30 W up to 750 W, with a maximum rotating speed of 4,500 min⁻¹ and standard flange-type installation. These motors use a permanent-magnet excitation system and are specified as fully closed, self-cooling units with an IP40 protection system for general industrial environments. For positioning feedback, the series supports wiring-saving incremental detection and absolute sensor configurations, allowing the motor to be matched to either relative or absolute position control requirements. Optional configurations include brake-equipped versions (24 VDC or 90 VDC) and gearhead combinations, and the series is commonly applied in small robots, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, mounters/inserters, and wafer-transfer systems.
