The 80M Stepper Motors series is a family of 2-phase hybrid stepper motors designed for general industrial use and intended for positioning and infeed-axis applications, particularly where high torque is needed at low to intermediate speeds.
The series is available in three mechanical sizes, including 56.4 mm NEMA 23, 60 mm, and 87.1 mm NEMA 34 frames, with multiple motor lengths and performance classes within each platform. Across the range, the motors support serial and parallel winding configurations, offer holding torque values from approximately 1.1 Nm to 13.6 Nm, and include versions with flat-sided or keyed shafts depending on frame size. Available options include ABR incremental, SSI absolute, and HIPERFACE encoder feedback, as well as protection classes up to IP65 and holding brake configurations on selected models. The series is also built with features such as high overload capability, ball bearing arrangements for mechanical load support, and compatibility with B&R drive systems for controlled stepper operation.
