Bosch Rexroth’s VT-MSPA series is a modular analog amplifier platform designed to control proportional valves and pump controls without electric position feedback.
The series includes versions for one-solenoid and two-solenoid applications, with command input options of 0 to +10 V or 0 to ±10 V for voltage control and 4 to 20 mA for current control. Core control functions include adjustable ramp-up and ramp-down behavior, zero-point setting, command-value attenuation, and a characteristic-curve generator that allows the output to be matched to the hydraulic application. The amplifier uses a clocked, short-circuit-protected output stage with current regulation, supports a 24 VDC supply, and provides a digital ready signal along with measuring points for command and actual current values. For installation, the series is built as a compact top-hat-rail module with detachable spring terminals, IP20 protection, and operating capability in ambient temperatures from 0 to 60 °C.
