The VT-MSPA 2-525-10/V0 is a plug-in proportional amplifier module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-MSPA Drives series. Installed inside a control cabinet, it conditions low-level command signals and delivers regulated current to hydraulic valve solenoids. The module provides an interface between an electronic controller and a proportional valve in industrial automation loops.
The electronics are energized from a nominal supply of 24 V DC, and the module draws up to 48 W during full operation. Maximum internal demand is limited to 2 A, a figure that guides power supply sizing and heat dissipation planning. Residual ripple on the incoming rail must not exceed 2.5 Vpp; keeping ripple below this limit prevents dithering of the output stage and preserves valve stability. Downstream devices connected to the command output must present at least 1000 Ω of impedance so the amplifier’s reference drivers remain within their linear range.
