The VT-MSPA1-30-1X-V0-0 is a Bosch VT-MSPA1 series analog amplifier that is suitable for controlling direct operation proportional pressure valves. It is especially designed for control of the following valves: DBE(M) 30-3X and DRE(M) 30-4X. The VT-MSPA1-30-1X-V0-0 is the standard version of the analog amplifier. Its numerous features include inverse-polarity protection of the operating voltage, differential input, ramp generator, dither generator with fixed frequency, zero point potentiometer, characteristic curve generator, output short-circuit protection and LED display. Upper limit of the operating voltage is 35 Volts DC. The lower limit of the operating voltage is 21 Volts DC. The nominal value of the operating voltage is 24 Volts DC. The maximum power consumption of the VT-MSPA1-30-1X-V0-0 amplifier module is 25 VA. The maximum current consumption does not exceed 1 Amp. The VT-MSPA1-30-1X-V0-0 amplifier mounts on a TH 35-7.5 top hat rail according to EN 60715.
The amplifier protection class, according to EN 60529, is IP20. Shipping weight of the amplifier module is 0.15 kilograms. The amplifier dimensions are 25 x 70 x 85.5 millimeters. The distance to radios must be sufficient (greater than 1 meter). Command value lines should be screened and sufficiently separated from power cables. All solenoid lines must be screened. Bosch does not permit use of free-wheeling diodes in the solenoid lines. If the operating voltage experiences strong fluctuations, it may be necessary to use an external smoothing capacitor with a capacity of at least 2200 microfarads. Only trained professionals should handle and operate the VT-MSPA1-30-1X-V0-0 amplifier module.
