Bosch Rexroth Indramat created the MHVT2005-10/2-0 Electronic card as a control module for applications requiring precise control of hydraulic valves. Secure connections are made possible by its multi-pin VDO connector, and it runs on a 24V DC power source. Two hydraulic valves may be controlled independently by the electronic card thanks to its dedicated control channels, which are labeled A and B. Adjustable potentiometers make it possible to fine-tune the parameters according to the needs of the operation.

The MHVT2005-10/2-0 electronic card can receive power from an external source through its U_ext power input, which is located on Pin 11. Pin 5's +10V reference voltage and Pin 12's 7.3V signal assure steady inputs for control and sensor feedback. To make sure it works with common industrial signals like 4-20mA or 0-10mA, the control inputs can only handle currents up to 10mA. For a stable circuit, make sure that Pins 6 and 14 are grounded.
