Product Description:
The VT-MSPA2-1-1X-V0-0 is an analog amplifier. It belongs to Bosch’s VT-MSPA2 product line. The amplifier is suitable for controlling direct operated proportional directional valves without electric position feedback. It is specifically suited to controlling the valves 4WRA6 (component series 2X) and 4WRA10 (component series 2X). The VT-MSPA2-1-1X-V0-0 is standard version of the amplifier module. The nominal operating voltage is 24 Volts DC and the operating voltage range is 18 to 35 Volts DC. Current draw and power consumption of the VT-MSPA2-1-1X-V0-0 do not exceed 2 Amps and 48 VA respectively. The amplifier features a fuse for thermal overload protection (with restart if the value falls below the temperature threshold). The command value voltage range for the analog input is 0 to ±10 Volts. For the digital inputs, the ON level corresponds to 8.5 Volts and the OFF level corresponds to 0 to 6.5 Volts.
Connections to the VT-MSPA2-1-1X-V0-0 are made via 12 screw terminals. The amplifier is designed for top hat rail mounting (TH 35-7.5 as per EN 60715). The protection class according to EN 60529 is IP20. The approximate amplifier dimensions are 40 x 79 x 85.5 millimeters. The approximate amplifier weight is 140 grams. Ambient temperature recommended by Bosch for amplifier operation is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. Ambient temperature recommended by Bosch for amplifier storage is -25 to 70 degrees Celsius. To prevent equipment damage and injury, the VT-MSPA2-1-1X-V0-0 must only be wired when it is disconnected from the power supply. The distance to aerial lines, radios, and radar systems must be at least 1 meter (3.3 feet). An external smoothing capacitor can be used to minimize the effects of power supply fluctuations.
