The VLM Brushless Motors comprise a servo motor family offered in two frame sizes corresponding to NEMA 23 (60 mm metric) and NEMA 34 (90 mm metric) formats.
The series can be configured with multiple feedback device options, including Hall sensors only, a 2048 PPR digital encoder, a resolver, or an SFD feedback device. Mechanical variants support both metric and NEMA shaft/mount styles depending on the VLM2 or VLM3 frame, with selectable rotor stack lengths to suit different torque and inertia requirements. Connectivity options include shielded cable sets terminated with Molex connectors, unterminated shielded cabling, and direct-connection schemes that terminate feedback for S200-VTS systems or provide a 15-pin D-sub feedback termination for AKD systems. Ordering configurations also cover brake selection (including no-brake versions) and standard cable length options such as 1 m and 3 m assemblies.
