The BDS Industrial Servo Drives series is a family of brushless servo control units designed for industrial positioning and motion-control applications.
The series includes compact controller and drive hardware, with the BDS5 combining the positioner, servo amplifier, and I/O interface in one enclosure, while the BDS3 platform operates as a brushless motor controller used with matched PSR power supplies. Across the series, available configurations cover multiple voltage and current classes, with BDS5 models extending from 3 to 55 amps per phase and BDS3 systems shown in 12, 20, 30, 40, and 55 amp versions. Functional capability includes programmable motion control with linear, half S-curve, and full S-curve profiles, along with master/slave electronic gearing, profile regulation, registration functions, and serial communications for integration with external automation devices. The BDS Industrial Servo Drives series is suited for applications that require integrated brushless motor control, configurable motion logic, and system-level monitoring of conditions such as travel limits, feedback faults, and other drive abnormalities.
