Product Description:
The BDS4 A-030H\204C2 is an energy-efficient amplifier designed to be used with brushless motor units. It is a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and is able to provide four-quadrature, bi-directional control for the connected motor unit. This amplifier unit is configurable and suited for several production and processing operations. A microprocessor is installed inside the amplifier, and this processor serves as the heart of the unit; it is responsible for receiving and processing the command signals necessary for the operation of this unit. The <
During the operation of the BDS4 A-030H\204C2 amplifier, surrounding temperature should be maintained between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius, during storage ambient temperatures should be maintained between -20 to about 70 degrees Celsius. The environment humidity level should also remain between 10 to about 90 per cent without condensation. This amplifier should always be installed inside a control cabinet; this cabinet should provide protection that meets at least IP20.
The BDS4 A-030H\204C2 amplifier operates with a voltage rating of between 90 to about 160 volts, its rated power output is about 0.6 kilovolts amperes. It is possible for operators to carry out routine adjustments on this unit from the front of the unit; the unit also features a voltage-programmable current limit input. The amplifier itself is protected against thermal overload by its current foldback circuit.
