The HLR01 brake resistor series is a Bosch Rexroth accessory line designed for use with HCS03 converters operating in regenerative applications.
The units are mounted directly above the converter, which reduces panel space requirements and uses the converter’s extracted airflow to help cool the resistor assembly. The series is built for high pulse loading, with resistor elements described as robust, high in dielectric strength, flameproof, and fully encapsulated for protection against environmental effects.
