The HLR01.1N-07K0-N14R0-A-007-NNNN belongs to the HLR01 series of brake resistors from the Rexroth Group. This series typically works with the HCS converters for providing efficient and smoother braking operations. This model fits into the drive system via  quick mounting and detachment options. It comes with a highly insulated coating for both electric and thermal events to ensure better efficiency and reliability. It has a compact, space-saving size of just 600 x 270 x 490 millimeters and it weighs around 22 kg

This brake resistor has a braking resistance of just 15.7 Ohms which means that a high amount of reverse current can pass through without any trouble. The lower resistance also ensures that the braking time is reduced and that high-energy can be absorbed during braking. This model can handle up to 672 kilowatts which makes it one of the largest power absorbing brake resistors in the HLR01 series. The braking power duration is 7 kilowatts with an ON-time of 16 seconds. Like other HLR01 brake resistors, it has a cycle time of 120 seconds. This model is mainly designed for systems with higher power ratings to ensure safe and quick braking operations.
