In servo systems, the sudden deceleration of the servo motor often leads to the backflow of current from the motor to the main circuit of the servo drive; the HLR01.1N-48K0-N02R4-A-007-NNNN drive controller protects the servo drive by absorbing excess current and keeping the current in a permitted tolerance range. The HLR01.1N-48K0-N02R4-A-007-NNNN servo drive converts the excess current to heat energy, which poses far less threat to the servo systems of their operators.

The HLR01.1N-48K0-N02R4-A-007-NNNN brake resistor is a crucial component of industrial machines as it extends the service life of the servo system and also reduces the risk of electrical shock. The HLR01.1N-48K0-N02R4-A-007-NNNN brake resistor can easily cover a wide range of continuous power; this means that it can be used in different mechanical systems.
