The F6 COMBIVERT Inverter Drives series is a KEB drive platform offered in multiple device sizes for motor power from ~2 kW to 450 kW, with PRO control variants that can be matched to different communication and feedback requirements.
Across the series, the control section provides digital and analog inputs and outputs, integrated CAN communication, and variant-dependent fieldbus support such as EtherCAT, Ethernet, or potential-free RS485. Selected versions also include multi-encoder capability through two universal encoder interfaces, along with motor brake control, brake monitoring, and temperature detection using KTY, PT1000, or PTC inputs. The platform supports commissioning and service through an RS232/RS485 diagnostic interface and can operate with external, internal, or mixed 24 V control-voltage supply concepts depending on the application. Safety-capable versions also support a dedicated safety module with functions such as STO, SBC, SS1, SLS, SSM, SMS, SLA, SDLC, and Safety over EtherCAT for use in more demanding industrial drive systems.
