Product Description:
The 19.F6.K13-3411 is an AC inverter drive manufactured by KEB for the F6 COMBIVERT Inverter Drives series. This mounted model provides closed-loop speed and torque control for asynchronous or permanent-magnet motors used in conveyors, pumps, and machine tools. The drive uses the COMPACT control type and incorporates a built-in braking transistor for controlled dynamic deceleration. It connects to a three-phase 400 V mains supply, allowing installation in standard industrial control panels.
The inverter accepts an input range of 280 to 550 V and has a nominal line voltage of 400 V, with a UL service rating of 480 V. Incoming power is rectified to a DC-link voltage of 565 V, supporting an output apparent power of 42 kVA. The unit can operate motors rated up to 30 kW. It draws 66 A from the supply and delivers 60 A to the motor terminals under rated conditions. A gate pattern switching at 2 kHz balances switching losses with motor noise, while the integral Type 1 safety module provides the Safe Torque Off function. The accepted line frequency is 50 or 60 Hz with a tolerance of ±2%.
Heat is removed by an air-cooled heat sink, and the inverter dissipates 525 W at nominal load. Current peaks are managed electronically through a software current limit of 150% of rated current and a hardware shutdown threshold of 180%. These protective thresholds prevent excessive current from damaging the power components during demanding acceleration or load changes. The permitted operating temperature is 5 to 40 °C, with an extended upper limit of 45 °C and reliable startup at temperatures as low as -10 °C. Its IP20 enclosure uses housing size 3 and tolerates 5% to 85% relative humidity without condensation at elevations up to 2,000 m. Storage is permitted from -25 to 55 °C, while transportation temperatures may fall as low as -70 °C. Communication and feedback connections include the Multi Encoder Interface, CAN, Safe Torque Off, and EtherCAT ports.
