Kollmorgen SILVERLINE brushless servo drives are compact, cost-focused servo amplifiers designed to operate with compatible SILVERLINE brushless motors in industrial motion systems.
The series includes SO, RO, and ROL amplifier families with 4 A, 8 A, and 12 A continuous output classes, using 20–40 VDC input on SO models, 135–190 VDC on RO models, and 90–130 VAC input on ROL models. These drives use six-step commutation and support analog ±10 V command operation, with selectable current, open-loop, and velocity-control modes depending on the amplifier version. The platform also includes four-quadrant regenerative operation, optically isolated I/O, built-in heatsinking, and compact book-end mounting that helps reduce control-cabinet space in multi-axis installations. Protective functions across the series include overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection, with front-panel status indication provided by a red/green LED.
