The H-234-G-0200 is a brushless servo motor released by Kollmorgen as part of the Silverline Brushless Servo Drives series. Designed for compact positioning stages and small pick-and-place heads, the unit converts drive current into rotary motion with low cogging to support precise closed-loop automation. Its built-in incremental encoder sends feedback to the host controller so that velocity and position can be corrected in real time during production cycles.
With a body length of 3.68 in, the motor fits shallow machine frames. A continuous phase current of 7.65 A DC supports 164 W of mechanical output, and the winding can deliver a continuous stall torque of 0.798 N·m for holding static loads. During acceleration, the drive may command up to 19.0 A DC, producing a peak torque of 1.78 N·m to accelerate connected loads. The shaft reaches a rated speed of 2200 rpm, and the three-phase inductance of 1.27 mH smooths current transitions, improving servo stiffness under digital pulse-width modulation control. Electrical insulation tolerates a maximum line voltage of 250 V RMS, while a 10-pin ribbon encoder connector carries quadrature signals from the 1000 LPR encoder.
