The H-232-C-0200 is a brushless servo motor manufactured by Kollmorgen for the Silverline Brushless Servo Drives series. It converts three-phase drive power into regulated mechanical motion for automated packaging equipment, electronics assembly systems, and material-handling cells. Integrated electronic feedback allows a host controller to monitor rotor position and coordinate high-speed movement accurately. This closed-loop arrangement supports precise acceleration, positioning, and speed control as operating loads change. The compact motor can therefore serve motion axes that require responsive performance within a limited installation space.
During continuous operation, the motor delivers a stall torque of 4.79 N-m while drawing 9.8 A RMS from the amplifier. During brief acceleration periods or load spikes, it can withstand 29.5 A RMS and produce up to 13.7 N-m of torque. Its phase-to-phase back electromotive force is 29.6 VRMS/krpm, indicating the voltage generated for each thousand revolutions per minute. The stator winding has an inductance of 12 mH, which limits the rate of current change and supports stable current regulation. Its phase-to-phase DC resistance is 0.786 Ω, a value that affects winding losses during operation. The rated speed and maximum operating speed are both 6200 rpm. The winding has a line-to-line insulation rating of 250 VRMS, making it suitable for compatible mid-voltage servo amplifiers. Continuous operation provides a mechanical power output of 2.8 kW.
The laminated core is housed in a square frame measuring 2.30 in on each side. Its body length is 2.88 in, allowing the motor to fit into compact machinery layouts without requiring an extended mounting area. The mounting face uses a 2.625 in bolt circle that accommodates compatible legacy NEMA mounting patterns.
