Product Description

The S60300-NA digital servo amplifier is used for motion control of various types of automation equipment. The amplifier is regularly used with asynchronous and servo motors. The system has a wide range of rated voltages (240 V..480 V) and comes with six different current ratings. The servo amplifier comes under the overvoltage category III according to the European standards. The most suitable operating temperature range for the system lies between 0 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC. Beyond this range, the performance parameters show a derating of 2.5% per kelvin rise in temperature. The system has been electrically isolated and comes with an integrated pulse-direction interface. A shield connection and two analog inputs have also been provided. The system has a 2 kVA installed load for S1 operation and has a 2A rated output current. For an enhanced operational life, IP 20 standard protection has been ensured while designing the system.

The S60300-NA’s overvoltage protection threshold lies between 450 V to 900 V. The digital amplifier comes under the pollution level 2 according to EN standards and can operate without condensation in conditions with 85% relative humidity. This model has a 40 W dissipation at rated current. Forced convection is used in the system. For effective heat removal from the control cabinet, an inbuilt fan is provided in the system. The device has 500 kBaud CANopen for integration with CAN bus systems. For better safety, the S60300-NA comes with overvoltage recognition and temperature monitoring of the motor winding.
