It operates from an AC supply of 230 to 480 V, converting the mains power into a sinusoidal output that delivers a continuous phase current of 3 A rms with a current form factor of 1.01. For short acceleration bursts, the control stage supplies up to 6 A rms, and the power stage keeps semiconductor losses low with a 5 V residual voltage drop between the DC bus and motor terminals.
