SS2000-PCI is a Danaher SLO-SYN motion controller that is produced by Danaher Motion Company. It is a flexible and full-featured product that is simple to install and use in many factory tasks. This programmable digital indexer allows motion programming through the Motion Controller Programming Interface that runs on Windows PCs. It comes with 3 LED indicators for Motion Busy, power, and fault. It is easy to set up, and program using Windows and the program construction is easy, which allows one to specify motion units. Its surface-mount construction utilizes custom integrated circuits.

The SS2000-PCI has a power supply that features a built-in line filter, fused AC input, and current foldback on DC power outputs. It measures 2.74” x 7.06” x 3.79” and weighs 7.75 lbs making it an extremely portable and compatible indexer. The operating temperature ranges between 0-50 degrees while the storage temp ranges from -40 to 75 degrees. Electrical specifications include a Type 3AG fuse, 250 volts, 2 amperes fuse rating and 5 amperes AC. If the fuse blows, the motion controller will cease to operate.

SS2000-PCI is known to develop high torque and speed. Therefore, caution should be exercised when starting it. Also, avoid touching any of its parts since it reaches 100 degrees during operation. You should not expose it to extreme temperature, humidity, dust, and vibration because it can cause it not to function as needed. To avoid electrical noise, the eight control signals are optically separated. Do not mount it near areas with high electrical noise since it causes electromagnetic interference. The software that runs this Danaher Motion indexer uses volatile and non-volatile memory to store crucial system parameters.
