Thermal Controllers

The Thermal Controllers series is a family of industrial control units designed for precise thermal regulation in applications such as furnaces, ovens, burners, plastics processing equipment, dryers, climatic chambers, and other heat-related processes.

Across the series, the controllers support universal input handling for thermocouples, RTDs, and linear current or voltage signals, with selected models also accepting supplementary inputs for heating-current measurement, external setpoint, or correction functions. Control capabilities include 2-point on/off control, continuous PID control, heating and cooling control, and 3-point stepping or modulating control, allowing the units to be matched to a wide range of thermal processes. Depending on the model, the series also includes functions such as self-tuning, setpoint ramping, profiling, start-up or boost functions, alarm and maintenance management, and communication through engineering software or Modbus and fieldbus interfaces. The Thermal Controllers series is built for industrial installation in multiple form factors and combines configurable outputs, diagnostic features, and protective functions such as sensor-fault handling and access control for stable long-term operation.
