The Quadraline Regenerative Drives series is a family of brushless servo control units built for closed-loop motion control of electric cylinders and actuators, including absolute linear positioning through direct position feedback from the driven mechanism.
The series accepts command signals from PLCs, industrial PCs, sensors, and external potentiometer or joystick inputs, allowing it to function as part of a larger machine-control system. Across the range, the drives combine servo amplification with integrated machine-control features such as vector-based motion control, programmable operation, keypad setup, serial communication, and configurable digital and analog I/O. The platform is offered in single-axis and dual-axis forms, operates from 115/230 VAC input power, and is designed to work with compatible IDC actuator systems for coordinated motion tasks. For more demanding applications, the series also supports added thermal and regenerative energy handling through optional fan kits and external regeneration packs, making it suitable for vertical, high-friction, clamping, and other high-regen loads.
