Care is taken to ensure that it operates under all conditions; however there might be some electromagnetic interference or EMI which can lead to inappropriate operation of this digital logic, which is used in the control, in the computer equipment or in the drive. It needs to be noted that any equipment which can cause sparks or arcs or which switches voltage or even current at quite high frequencies can lead to interferences. Also AC utility lines are generally polluted due to the presence of electric noise and from outside sources or which is beyond the user control.

Once it is well tested, the equipment needs to be installed in a controlled environment. All necessary wiring connections should be done for analog inputs for the limit switches and additional I/O.
