VT Servo Amplifiers

Bosch Rexroth’s VT amplifier modules are 24 VDC analog control modules used to drive proportional hydraulic valve solenoids without electrical position feedback, with variants covering pressure-reducing and directional/proportional valve applications.

They use differential command-value inputs (including ±10 V command operation), clocked output stages, and closed-loop solenoid-current regulation so the commanded current is maintained despite supply-voltage or solenoid-temperature changes. Across the series, the modules provide practical tuning functions such as adjustable current thresholds/maximum current, ramp timing, and step/jump compensation, along with front-side indicators and enable logic behavior on applicable models. The series also includes built-in protective and installation-focused features such as reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit/overcurrent shutdown functions, DIN/top-hat rail mounting, screw-terminal wiring, and IP20 housings. Common physical and environmental characteristics include compact 40 × 79 × 85.5 mm housings and industrial operating-temperature ratings centered around 0 to +50 °C.
