Product Description:
The VT 11015-11 is a plug-in servo amplifier from the Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT Servo Amplifiers series. It serves as the interface between a motion controller and a proportional hydraulic valve, converting the controller’s analog command into regulated current that controls the valve’s spool position. By integrating current feedback and pulse-width modulation, the card maintains valve accuracy across temperature changes and supply fluctuations while fitting into standard control cabinets.
The amplifier accepts reference signals across a ±10 V input span. This voltage is summed and converted into a pulse train operating at 230 Hz, which helps keep audible noise below typical machine background levels. A stable 24 V DC rail supplies the power stage, enabling the card to deliver up to 1000 mA of coil current. This output can fully energize a valve coil with a resistance of 12 Ω. The I10 potentiometer is preset to 330 mA, providing a midpoint for loop adjustments during installation. Even at maximum output, the electronics draw no more than 25 VA from the control supply. Wiring is arranged across 12 numbered terminals to separate the supply, command, monitor, and test connections.
Physical installation is supported by a TH 35-7.5 DIN rail clip. Once secured, the housing measures 79 mm high, 40 mm wide, and 85.5 mm deep, leaving room for adjacent relays or fuses. The board has an IP 20 protection rating, so it must be installed inside an enclosure but does not require additional sealing. The circuitry remains operational at supply voltages as low as 21 V during voltage drops and can withstand supply excursions up to 35 V without damage. Its total mass is 0.16 kg, which minimizes the load on lightweight panel doors and simplifies handling during maintenance.
