The VT 11023-16 is an analogue amplifier that is built through the combination of lessons learnt by Bosch Rexroth Indramat over 30 years of operation and the latest industrial control technologies. The amplifier is built for the closed-loop control of directed operated proportional valves. Unlike another controller in its series, this amplifier can handle electric positional feedback>; it uses this feedback to guarantee accurate control operation. The << VT 11023-16 amplifier contains several differential input units; it also comes with a ramp generator that allows operators to freely adjust its ramp time from between 10 milliseconds to 5 seconds. This product has two pulsed current output stages; it also features a step function generator. Although this product is not a voltage-intensive product, it still requires about 24 volts of direct current during its operation. The voltage supply unit is provided with a reliable polarity safeguard integrated into the amplifier.

The VT 11023-16 analogue amplifier contains an oscillator and a demodulator for its inductive positioning signaling; it is also characterized by controller release and cable brake recognition. The LEDs display on this product indicate the internal supply voltage status; they also serve as multifunction indicators suited for diagnostic operation. During the installation of this product, it should be clipped on a carrier rail and fitted into a control cabinet for additional protection.
