The VT-11023 is a servo amplifier module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT Servo Amplifiers series. Installed between a motion controller and a proportional hydraulic valve, it converts low-level command voltages into regulated current so that industrial machines can position valve spools precisely or maintain process pressure. The board mounts on a DIN rail and interfaces with system wiring through a detachable terminal strip, providing convenient access to the electrical connections.
It is powered from an input of 24 VDC and draws power through a 3 A miniature fuse. Field wiring connects to a 12-pin terminal strip, and the differential input presents 50 kΩ of resistance so that it does not place an excessive load on analog reference sources. A pulse-width oscillator operating at 5.8 kHz is internally scaled to a carrier amplitude of 5 V. This signal is modulated by the command voltage and then gated to a power stage that can deliver up to 1.8 A to a proportional solenoid with a coil resistance of 5.4 Ω.
