Product Description:

The AES-D-BC-PNIO Fieldbus Module for industrial automation belongs to VT Servo Amplifiers. It is designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and it enables real-time, distributed control in industrial automation. The fieldbus module connects field devices for efficient data exchange and control.

The PROFINET IO protocol allows this AES-D-BC-PNIO fieldbus module to support MRP and IRT (RT_CLASS 3) functions. Through its connection interface, the module enables 512 input devices and 512 output devices. An M12x1 power plug with an  A-coded configuration uses four connection pins for operation. A 24 V DC operating voltage controls this unit which guarantees stable connection operations in automated systems. The design of the fieldbus module reaches compliance standards through a D-design format that ensures compatibility with the industrial network. The AES-D-BC-PNIO fieldbus module enables effective control of up to 128 solenoid coils and allows control of 64 valve positions. The logical signal operates independently from the actuator power to minimize electromagnetic interference between them. The electrical components consume 0.1 A at this moment but the valve capacity reaches 4 A. The module completes its data transfer operations at less than 1 millisecond at 256 bits while maintaining a high transfer speed. This fieldbus module enables users to expand their system through multiple I/O modules reaching a total of 10.

The AES-D-BC-PNIO fieldbus module includes diagnostic functions that detect system errors. It performs Undervoltage detection to assist users during troubleshooting operations. The module fulfills EN 61000-6-4 emission standards for industrial safety and performance standards. It functions reliably between -10 °C and 60 °C as its temperature operating range. The protection class IP65 prevents the entry of dust and water particles. It is a specifically designed module that exists to manage complex automation processes while operating fieldbus systems reliably.
