Product Description:
The VT 11011-12 is a maintenance-free analogue amplifier from Bosch Rexroth Indramat; this product is important for the direct control of various valve systems, including the directly operated proportional directional valves, the pilot-operated proportional directional valve, and the proportional pressure reducing valve of the 3DREP type 6. The operation efficiency of this product during operation is about 95 per cent; despite this high operational efficiency, it does not require electrical position feedback to carry out its optimum operation; it is also renowned for its ability to maintain electrical efficiency during operation. The VT 11011-12 analogue amplifier allows operators to select the type of valve to be used with it through the change over switch present on its front unit; there are also several differential inputs where the command voltage value which is about 10 volts can be sent into the amplifier.
The VT 11011-12 analogue amplifier contains three LEDs which provide information about the internal supply voltage; the other two LEDs help operators to monitor the enable logic mode of this product. The installation of this analogue amplifier should be done on top of a hat rail according to EN 60715; also, the electrical connection of the amplifier is made through the use of screw terminals. The voltage required by this product for operation is 24 volts; this is provided by a power supply unit which is able to produce both positive and negative supply voltages.
The VT 11011-12 servo amplifier measures the solenoid current and compares it with the command value that has been determined and provided by the operator. Any deference detected is automatically corrected and adjusted by the product. There is a 3.5-ampere fuse soldered into the housing of this analogue amplifier.
