PB SANMOTION Servo Motors

PB SANMOTION Servo Motors

This PB SANMOTION Servo Motors series is made to fit between simple stepping systems and AC servo systems. It mixes good control features with works-well design. You can use AC 100/115V (single-phase) or AC 200/230V (single/three-phase) power, so it fits different industry power setups. The motors come in sizes from small 42mm to big 86mm, and they have stall torques from 0.39 N•m to 6.6 N•m. These motors use proportional plus integral control, giving power based on the load, which cuts down heat. The 42mm motors make up to 80% less heat than normal. The better PWM control means you don't need step-down circuits. This lets you use higher voltage and get better torque, mostly at faster speeds. The 42mm and 60mm motors can spin up to 4500 min⁻¹, while the 86mm motors can hit 4000 min⁻¹. The system has an incremental encoder with 4000 P/R, with A/B/C channels as well as origin signal output, delivering feedback. This helps with clear position using a special position fix. The series gives you choices: RS-485 half duplex/parallel I/O or pulse-chain input. It has point programming, teaching, and S-shape speed up/slow down. It features additional things like holding brake control, regeneration control, and forcing functions. The motors can be mounted in different ways, and some can use low backlash and harmonic gears. It protects from overheating, sensor problems, and too much current.
