Product Description:
PB4D003E2D0 is a closed loop stepping drive. It is designed for control of Sanyo Denki stepper motors. Main power supply for the drive is 24 or 48 Volts DC??. During operation the driver draws 5 Amps current. The control power supply is 24 Volts DC and the current draw is 0.5 Amps. The drive is equipped with an <
Sanyo has designed the drive for vertical mounting. The driver has a 7-segment LED display. Input signals include interactive input photo coupler rated for 5 to 24 Volts DC and a positive/negative direction limit. It is also equipped with an open collector output signal rated for 30 Volts DC and maximum 15 milliamps. The drive can control motors with 0 to 4500 RPM rotation speed. Regenerative resistor is available as an option. Protection functions include power voltage error, over-speed, CPU error, overload stop, initialization error, amplifier overheat and communications abnormality. Configuration of the drive is possible from a PC connected to the device via a serial cable. Interfaces for two motor power cables are available on the front of the unit as are connections for two encoder cables. Via EtherCAT the driver can connect to the master controller and other slave units.
