The 5000 Indexer Drivers series is a modular high-frequency drive platform for spindle and motor-control applications, built around separate power-supply, drive, and optional braking-resistor modules.
The series supports operation from 200 to 480 VAC input with 24 VDC auxiliary control power, offers output frequencies up to 5000 Hz, and includes multiple current classes so that single-axis and multi-axis configurations can be assembled within the platform limits. Across the range, the drives can be operated from terminal control, a dedicated keypad, or optional Profibus communication, and they provide programmable digital and analog I/O, sensor-feedback capability, USB service access, and a 7-segment status display for operating state and fault indication. The hardware is designed for cabinet installation with vertical mounting, coded removable power terminals, shielded wiring practices for EMC, and a safety-related interlock concept that uses dedicated enable, start, stop, reset, and relay-feedback signals. In use, the series is intended for high-speed machine-drive installations that need configurable control, modular expansion, and integrated handling of braking, feedback, and interlock functions
