KEB’s COMBIVERT F1 series is a cabinet-installed frequency inverter family for stepless speed control of three-phase motors.
F1-P versions are intended for higher motor-rated-power applications (including pump and fan drives), while F1-K versions are standard inverters with high overload reserve (up to 200% of rated current) and an integrated braking transistor. Across size ranges, the series uses 3-phase mains input at 305…500 V and 50/60 Hz, carries an IP20 protection rating, and spans maximum permissible motor ratings from 5.5 kW up to 200 kW depending on size. The series is designed for fixed control-cabinet installation; formats include rack and slide-in versions for multiple sizes. The F1 range also includes size-dependent functions and constraints, including separate control-board power supply and controlled power-off (undervoltage deceleration) on certain units, while larger size 23…28 units require a line reactor and use external braking options instead of an internal braking transistor
