Danfoss VLT MICRO adjustable micro drives are compact, general-purpose AC frequency drives designed for variable-speed motor control with microprocessor-based control and low-noise operation.
The series includes single-phase and three-phase 200–240 V models as well as three-phase 380–480 V models, with listed horsepower ratings spanning 0.5 HP to 3 HP depending on voltage class. Across the series, the drive output frequency range extends from 0.1 to 400 Hz, and the units provide features such as programmable acceleration/deceleration control, selectable stop methods, and configurable V/F curve settings. The control platform includes a front digital keypad/display for setup and operation, six programmable digital inputs, a selectable analog speed reference input (0–10 VDC or 4–20 mA), analog/relay/photocoupler outputs, optional brake resistor connection terminals, and an RJ-11 RS-485 communication port. These drives are built in an IP20 chassis format for control-cabinet installation, with vertical mounting and clearance requirements, and they are specified for operation in ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +50 °C under non-condensing conditions.
