By varying the output frequency, it allows a single induction motor to respond to real-time load demands while maintaining energy efficiency and reducing mechanical wear. The drive accepts a single-phase supply at 230 V AC and draws up to 6.3 A when the load reaches maximum demand. Under nominal conditions, it converts this input into a continuous motor output of 1.0 kVA with a line current of 2.5 A. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, so live parts remain protected against accidental finger contact inside a control cabinet, but the unit must be kept free of airborne moisture. Six programmable digital inputs support basic logic functions such as starting, stopping, speed selection, and fault reset without requiring a PLC. Cooling air circulates directly over the heat sink fins, while accessible terminals simplify power and control wiring within the cabinet.
