Product Description:

The P8011 is from the series thermal controllers and its a digital temperature indicator designed by Danaher. It is utilized in furnaces, ovens and plastic molding applications for accurate measurement, stable performance and reliable process control. The P8 thermal controller consumes 7.5VA power.

The P8011 thermal controller has plug-in output boards for quick installation and configuration. It supports up to five outputs including relay, DC linear, SSD, triac and a 24V transmitter power supply. The P8 thermal controller has four alarm relays which can be set as latching/non-latching. It has IP65-rated front panel sealing for protection against dust and moisture while the housing is a rugged enclosure suitable for industrial environments. The P8 thermal controller has compact dimensions of 48 x 96 x 110 mm that allows panel mounting in a standard 1/8 DIN cutout. Its offers PID control and on/off control modes for precise temperature and process regulation. The P8 thermal controller has RS-485 serial communication for remote monitoring and integration. It supports MODBUS and ASCII protocols for system compatibility. It operates on 100-240V AC (50/60Hz), 20-48V AC (50/60Hz) and 22-65V DC for versatile installation across different power systems.

The P8011 thermal controller features a 4-digit, 7-seg LED display with dual-color functionality. The display remains fixed in red or green and changes from green to red upon alarm activation. It supports universal inputs including TC, RTD and DC linear (mA/mV) signals. The P8 thermal controller has single input for external triggering and offers jumper less configuration to eliminate manual jumper settings. The P8 thermal controller’s relays support up to 2A at 120-240V AC.
