The Danaher Pro-EC44 represents an advanced thermal controller that supports precise control with an easy-to-use setup to fit industrial systems today.

The device showcases a 160 x 80 pixel monochrome LCD with red-green backlights that make status signs easily visible. Its size of 96 x 96 x 117 mm meets the 1/4 DIN standard to ensure durability even in demanding applications. The Pro-EC44 controller functions across multiple power setups as it accepts power inputs from 100–240V AC networks operating at 50/60Hz as well as from 24–48V AC or DC power supplies. It processes either one or two universal inputs that accept thermocouples, RTDs, and DC mA/mV devices for different types of sensor integration. The controller offers numerous digital and output features, including 9 input options and 9 output choices that can switch between relay, SSR, triac, or DC linear controls. Thanks to its 100-millisecond scanning speed, the unit controls temperature effectively using single or dual PID (Position, Integral, Derivative) control, which can work in monitor time, continuous mode, or three-step patterns plus basic two-point control.

The Pro-EC44 lets users set up 64 profiles with 255 segments each so they can program its functions precisely to their needs. The controller connects easily to existing networks through RS-485 Modbus RTU and Ethernet Modbus TCP communication. The front control panel from the controller has a dust- and water-resistant IP66 rating. The front panel USB interface lets you configure and transfer data easily while data recording and profile creation assist in business monitoring and process management. The Pro-EC44 provides seven types of alarm detection modes, such as absolute position and rapid temperature changes, to monitor thermal conditions better and safely.
