The P6010 refers as a digital panel process indicator from the series thermal controllers manufactured by Danaher. It supports universal input from thermocouples (TC), resistance temperature detectors (RTD) and DC linear (mA/mV) signals. It is widely used in HVAC, food processing and industrial automation for accurate temperature and process monitoring.

The P6010 thermal controller features a four-digit LED display with a fixed red or green color option and the digit height is 10mm. Its high-contrast display ensures clear visibility in different lighting conditions. The P6 thermal controller features one digital input for external control operations and includes CT+ and CT- terminals for current transformer input. It also provides dedicated mV/mA input terminals to ensure compatibility with various sensors. The P6 thermal controller offers multiple output options including relay, DC linear, solid-state driver (SSD) and triac. It includes a 24V transmitter power supply to enable sensor excitation. The P6 thermal controller allows users to program up to 4 alarm relays that function either as non-latching or latching devices and have relay contacts suitable for 2A at 120-240V AC loads. Its power consumption is 7.5VA to ensure energy-efficient operation.

The P6010 thermal controller operates on multiple power supply options including 100-240V AC (50/60Hz), 20-48V AC (50/60Hz) and 22-65V DC. It features RS-485 serial communication with MODBUS protocol that ensures seamless integration with industrial control systems. The P6 thermal controller is built with a compact 1/16 DIN size which measures 48 x 48 x 110mm and the panel cutout size is 45mm x 45mm. It has IP66-rating to providing protection against water and dust ingress. The P6 thermal controller complies with EN50082, UR, cUR, CE, and CSA standards.
