Product Description:

The PPC-R22.1N-T-NN-P2-NN-FW CNC module must be operated only if the application in which it is intended to be used complies with the required national EMC regulations. The module has a grounding bolt at the bottom. Its PSM firmware module is a 4MB flash memory. The device supports the use of plastic and glass fiber optic cables. The plastic fiber optic cables have a maximum transfer length of 40m while the glass fiber optic cables have a maximum transfer length of 500m.  Errors due to improper handling and assembly of the product can result in mechanical damage to the fiber optic cables.

The CNC module features a diagnosis system to analyze any malfunction or operating state. The H1 diagnosis display that is housed in front of the control unit is a four-character alphanumeric display. If the S1 button of the device is pressed for more than a second, the S1 menu opens. This menu can be used to display the firmware ID with the date and device type alternatively. The ready for operation state is highlighted as a two-digit character bb. The diagnosis display highlights either a two-digit error code or a four-digit error code depending on the error. The four-digit error code is identified by the letter S followed by three decimal digits.

The module must be stored and transported between -25°C and 70°C by ensuring that there is no condensation on it during this period. It also features a relative humidity of 5% to 95% and atmospheric pressure from 70kPa to 106kPa during transport and storage. The PROG interface features electrical isolation. The device is fitted with a PROFIBUS-DP slave module. The SERCOS interface can control 32 drives in the maximum configuration.
