The Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW is a programmable control system that is designed to control a maximum of 40 digital drives from Bosch. It is a multi-axis motion / logic control system which belongs to Rexroth VisualMotion 10 product line. Standard features which are available on the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW are a display toggle button, H2 SERCOS interface distortion LED, a reset button, transmit and receive interfaces for fiber optic based SERCOS interface, status display, three optional expansion slots, serial port for programming, serial port for communication and Ethernet status LED. The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW comes with an Ethernet network port but does not include a memory expansion module. The system is designed to fit into a Bosch Rexroth Reco 02 rack. Mechanical dimensions of the system are 184 x 82 x 165 millimeters, and its shipping weight is 1.3 kilograms.
The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW installs into slot 00 of the rack and the other available slots are used for installing I/O modules. The system can only be installed vertically. Appropriate amount of clearance must be provided around the module so that smooth airflow can cool the system and keep ambient temperature within recommended operating limits which are 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The non-operating temperature range is -25 to 70 degrees Celsius. A PROFIBUS-DP slave module comes installed on the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P2-NN-FW.
