The module converts three-phase 400 V AC mains into a stabilized DC bus for multiple Rexroth drive controllers and returns excess kinetic energy to the line or to its internal bleeder. With a 30 kW rating, the supply forms the electrical backbone of medium-power automation cabinets that coordinate servo axes, spindles, and auxiliary loads in machine tools, handling systems, and packaging lines. As an integrated supply, it houses control electronics, a blower, and ballast resistors in one enclosure to simplify installation and reduce wiring time.

Design version 2 follows the original mechanical outline of the series for direct retrofit.
